FREE UK DELIVERY is dispatched by 2nd class and is not tracked or insured. 1st class Signed for is available at additional cost.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
And wish to return an item it will be returned at your expense. I advise using a tracked service. If an untracked service is used and the order is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to claim off your carrier. Once received in good order I will refund the initial item cost, less the initial shipping fee.
If an order is faulty, damaged or not as described please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please don’t initiate a return before contacting me.
When completing the customs form you MUST mark it as ‘Returning Merchandise’ as UK Customs charge 20% import duty (VAT) on purchases. If this is not done I will have to deduct this amount from any refund due.

I can’t really write about quality as it was a gift (and still hasn’t made it to its intended home). Customer service was great, wrapping looks beautiful and arrived really quickly. I hope my friend loves it.
