    READY TO DISPATCH items: I aim to dispatch in 1-3 working days.

    MADE TO ORDER items: I aim to make and dispatch in 1-2 weeks but often much sooner. If your order is urgent please let me know and I will do my best to prioritize it for you.

    PLEASE NOTE: Customs delays may increase delivery times especially at present. COVID19 may cause processing delays in customs.

    FREE UK DELIVERY is dispatched by 2nd class and is not tracked or insured. 1st class Signed for is available at additional cost.

    Customs and duty charges

    PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs or duty fees that may apply to your purchase.

    Additional returns information.

    And wish to return an item it will be returned at your expense. I advise using a tracked service. If an untracked service is used and the order is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to claim off your carrier. Once received in good order I will refund the initial item cost, less the initial shipping fee.

    If an order is faulty, damaged or not as described please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please don’t initiate a return before contacting me.

    When completing the customs form you MUST mark it as ‘Returning Merchandise’ as UK Customs charge 20% import duty (VAT) on purchases. If this is not done I will have to deduct this amount from any refund due.
